Не нашел, как можно загрузить свою базу в CRM. Что еще лучше сделать- загрузить с телефона все контакты и группировать их по темам. Интеграция с почтой и телефонией- так и не понял.

В идеале- личная CRM с возможностью перебрасывать все контакты с телефона и группировать их по направлениям. Там-же агрегатор почты и облака. Например Google и Яндекс. Чтобы все в одном месте. И туда-же интегрировать Облачные диски для хранения. Идеально- интеграция мессенджеров. Wapp+ Telegram+ Viber. Пуш уведомления о событиях за 5 минут) С возможностью "запараллелить" данные на телефоне и ноутбуке по сети.
