All the databases of your clients, contacts, tasks, etc., are only kept locally on your drive, nowhere else. You can, however, easily copy your database to the cloud (Dropbox, iCloud, and so on) and work with data from anywhere.

All your data is stored in one file (database file), which can be placed anywhere you want-in the cloud, on your PC, or even be emailed to your friends. Just specify the file you are working with at startup, and that’s it. You must agree that it’s very convenient to work when all your data is stored in one file. Our CRM automatically checks for updates and offers an update if it’s available. In the updates, we fix errors and add new features. We try to release new versions once a month, sometimes more or less.

Your private (personal) information is never transferred from CRM to the Internet without your knowledge or agreement. There are no viruses, backdoors, malware, or tricky codes that can be triggered remotely.

We plan to release the CRM version soon, with several useful features for small businesses (self-employed, individual entrepreneurs). For instance, you will be able to automatically create a database backup copy to an external source, encrypt your data, etc. However, the free version won’t be deprived of functionality.
WE FIX BUGS
No software is free of issues, but such is life, and we constantly fix any errors and improve the overall experience. Updates are completely free and usually posted monthly.
WE DON’T TRACK YOUR ACTIVITY
We don’t track your private activity in your free CRM – your contacts, assignments, etc. The program only checks for available updates and collects basic and completely anonymous analytics because we can’t develop our product without the analytics.
