Unlike cloud-based CRMs that store your data on some developer’s servers, we have made the conscious choice not to transfer any of your data to a third party (unless you utilize data syncing). That does not necessarily mean cloud CRMs are dangerous, but wouldn’t you want to keep your data to yourself, available at all times? The only downside to that is that you now have to be responsible for data safety as it is stored on your computer. Databases are files containing all the information. However, there is no need to worry about the use of our tools like encryption. Alternatively, you could upload databases to your private cloud and work from anywhere safely.
